Butter Chicken (22 Aug pick up between 10am and 2pm)

All curries can be picked up from The Queen's Pantry between 10am and 2pm on August the 2nd

Serves: 1 generous meal

Served with rice only - naan bread at an extra charge

Heat level: Mild

Tender chicken in a rich butter, tomato and cream sauce with a smooth, velvety finish.

Reheating

Microwave: Loosen lid. Heat 2–3 minutes, stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until piping hot (74°C / 165°F).
Stovetop: Heat gently in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Add 1–2 tbsp water if required.

Storage & Food Safety
Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C (40°F). Consume within 3 days. Freeze up to 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator. Do not refreeze after thawing. Reheat only once.
